This lovely cosy cottage exceeded our expectations with its mind-blowing log fire in the front room. The hosts were super welcoming and accommodating, with impressive communication. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, including free Wi-Fi, an off-site car park, and even an electric kettle. The facilities were excellent, with a flat-screen TV and a dryer. The host's attention to detail was jaw-dropping, with thoughtful treats for our son's dietary requirements and lovely personal touches throughout. We were thrilled that our furry friend was also welcomed, with outdoor dining areas and board games available for our enjoyment. The location was superb, conveniently opposite a big Tesco and Dominos pizza. The Bay Horse restaurant recommended by the host was outstanding. Parking was easy right outside the front door. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't wait to return in the future.

The host even offered pet sitting services for when we wanted to visit places that didn't allow pets. The communication with the host was excellent, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was convenient, with amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. a comfortable and welcoming stay with friendly and accommodating hosts.

It would have been nice to have more assistance from the staff in terms of carrying luggage or helping with mobility aids for senior guests.

Dieses Hotel war wirklich preiswert und bot ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage des Hotels im Stadtzentrum und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs war einfach perfekt. Das Personal war freundlich und der Service war gut. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich mit großen Betten und Klimaanlage, was sehr angenehm war. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und bot eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt wurde auf kleine Details geachtet, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.
